Gold Suspension Products

Gold Suspension catridge

Catridge

It adopts a cylindrical design, suitable for common roads, provides a good vibration damping effect and it is widely used by many vehicles.

Gold Suspension struts

Struts

The built-in disc is used to adjust the hydraulic flow for the adaptation of different road conditions. Commonly used on the front suspension to improve riding stability.

Gold Suspension monotube shocks

Mono Tube Shocks

The monotube design increases its responsiveness to provide better support towards harsher road conditions which makes it suitable for sports and off-road cars.

Gold Suspension loaded struts

Loaded Struts

The assembled piece provides enhancement for support and stability towards the front suspension which makes it highly suitable for front wheel drive vehicles.

How a Quality Absorber Enhances Your Driving Experience?

Reduce Bumpiness

The absorber reduces bumpiness by controlling the suspension's compression and rebound movement, effectively damping the impact from uneven road surfaces.

Improve Braking Efficiency

A stable suspension keeps your tires in better contact with the road during braking. This helps distribute braking force more evenly, reducing stopping distance and improving overall safety.

Enhance Stability and Prevent Skidding

By minimizing excessive body roll and maintaining wheel alignment during turns, the absorber improves handling and reduces the risk of skidding—especially during sudden maneuvers or on slippery roads.

Our
Manufacturing Process

01.

Automated Production Line

All absorbers are produced on a fully automated line to ensure consistency and accuracy.

02.

High-Precision Valve Assembly

Internal valve systems are pressure-mounted with micron-level accuracy for optimal performance.

03.

Structural Mounting & Fitment Calibration

Each unit undergoes press-fit mounting of key components to guarantee structural integrity and perfect fit.

04.

In-Line Quality Monitoring

Real-time inspection tools are used throughout the process to ensure every unit meets OE-grade standards.

Everything You Need to Know

How do I know when my absorber needs replacement?

Common signs include excessive bumpiness, unstable handling or visible oil leaks. We recommend replacement every 2–3 years or around 60,000 km.

Technically possible, but full set replacement is recommended for optimal balance, handling, and safety.

OE-grade offers factory-level comfort and durability; performance suspension provides firmer handling and responsiveness.
